ReplyDeleteI noticed you did a release of Dear a few days prior ours, and while I appreciate that you're trying to finish the series, it would have been nice if you'd have contacted us first so as to not put work to waste.
We haven't dropped the series, so if Octave Ministry is still interested in working on it perhaps we can do a joint?
Hello Fye, I have reason to doubt that due to the continuously increase period between releases of dear chapters from willful muse.
ReplyDeleteI beleive it is also important to note that multiple scanlator groups are entitled to work on the same series and which group the readers prefer to follow will be up to them. There is no reason to hold a virtual "monopoly" over which series each group is translating.
"..."we do try to keep up with weekly releases for all active series which might be much more often than most scanlators. We give priority to releasing series on bi-weekly basis..."
I received this email from one of your scanlator members several months ago when i first released a chapter of Dear. Dear had been inactive before then, and the moment I decided to release it for the fans again i was met with an aggressive attitude with the tone "we started it first, dont touch it". As such, you had your chance failed to meet your quota. Either pick up your game and begin putting more effort into it, or pick another series.
We will continue to release Dear per our schedule regardless of whether or not that coincides with your schedule. Just because you say you're scanlating a series and doing it really slowly, does not mean other groups cannot pick up your lack of progress.

Let's put it this way, if you are doing a assignment for school, btw school is where people go to learn btw, you clearly are an uneducated loser so I'll just go ahead and assume you didn't go to school. Ok say you are doing an assignment for school, you say "Hey i'll do this part and i'll have it done in two week or even a month". When you have done fuck all and your partners have to cover for your lazy ass, do you go up to them and say "um... excuse me, that was clearly my section of the work, please give me credit too". They'll reply FUCK YOU, YOU SORRY LAZY ASS PIECE OF SHIT.
Let's take a good look at your updates for dear. Hmmm December 2nd, that recent. Then the next update is... FUCKING SEPTEMBER. FUCKING 3 MONTHS AGO. Clearly chapter have been available for a while and you haven't bothered to do shit until you're in danger of losing this. Oh good, a bunch of selfish pricks translating. Did you even think of the fans? Did you even think of the people you let down with your shitty schedule? Did you even consider that fucking 3 months is unreasonable for releasing one chapter? Do you hate this series so much that you refuse to translate it and also refuse to let others?
Why did you even start releasing chapters in the first place? Was it so boost your sorry excuse for an ego that's been degraded by the fact that you have no friends? Or was it to shared your talents and bring joy to others? If you actually answered the first one, you're a fucking jerk and no one should feel regret for "stealing" your work.
aside from all the rages lol, ranparuru, you should just disable comments next time and put a thumb up and thumb down feature instead. if we can find the code for it that is =(

Then again, since I don't know how to reach you to explain things better and in private, I'd like to offer you the posibility to reach me via livejournal, so long as you want, of course.
